The Biellese is also
recognized thanks to his kitchen starting from cheese, like the Maccagno or fresh cheese like the Beddu and desserts (we know the Torcetti from west Biellese
and really famous are also the Canestrelli
from Biella and Cossato)
to finish with wine from east Biellese of which
takes also part the Lessona D.O.C. whose vineyards can be admired not so far
from Casapinta. Special
courses are the pulenta cunscia
, the Bagna
cauda and a national product:: r ice . Other drinks
recognized all over |
